Reliable, Air Tight Doors
ERS System automatic and manual hermetic doors provides very high isolation even under high pressure conditions. Hermetic doors can be used in surgery, laboratory, X-ray, ship rooms where air, water, sound, x-ray isolation extremely requested. Hermetic door has very special mechanism providing very high isolation levels and smooth leaf design also provides dust free and anti-bacterial surface to satisfy high sterilization requirement of surgery rooms. Panel surface can be produced from stainless steel, aluminium, compact laminated or glass materials. Optionally lead lining can be integrated for the X-Ray protection.
Special Hermetic Door Concept
EInvisible guiding system provides 3 directional closing path for the leaves and this action con- tinues up to leaves reach to the fixed support where the maximum air tightness between the leaf and isolation rubbers on the fixed frame is achieved. The motorized hermetic door system with cleanable isolation rubbers , anti-bacterial leaf surface provides maximum air tightness , water resistance, sound isolation and hygienic environment for Surgery Operation Rooms.
Sophisticated design of the mechanism is directing the leaf 7 mm down and 7 mm inward direction while system approach to the closing position.
